My name is Sophia Alexandra R Ortega, I go by Alex for short. I am a Filipino Virtual Assistant specializing in Executive Assistance, Customer Service, Data Entry, Cold Calling, and General VA. I have been very flexible with my career and have been highly dedicated to providing the best service possible. My role has been critical to the company. I was the company's COO's Executive Assistant and the company's Back End Support simultaneously. My role as an EA involves organizing emails, calendars, meetings (physical and virtual, personal and work related), Attend Different meetings while taking down notes, Researching, gathering resources, and creating process documents through the use of Microsoft 365. I create slides for weekly internal meetings as well. As their Back End Support, my tasks include preparing quotes, uploading, updating, and closing tickets, updating the CRM files, and communicating with customers via Email & Phone.

Cold Caller / survey Conductor

Perform outbound calls to patients who went to a specific hospital in the U.S. Conducts surveys and ask them how their visit went with the hospital. We also provide records of our work, including the number of patients being called in a day, in an excel file. We deliver it individually and then consolidate files from the team for the Operations Manager to see the productivity within the day. We call not less that 250 patients a day as we have set as our own quota. We also perform Cold Calling as a Sales Agent as well for the company's future clients.

We consolidate the names of certain firms for an event in an excel file. We send an email directly to the Operations Manager of the list of firms created for that certain event. We perform thorough research about different firms and add it to the list. We also generate leads for certain companies. Microsoft Excel is our main tool to accomplish tasks and is being used 90% of the time, if not email.

I was qualified and was able to pass the exam for A.B. Philosophy at De Lasalle Dasmarinas. Althouth I haven't been able to receive my diploma and chose to prioritize my siblings' education, this course has helped me enhance my problem solving capacity. I was able to analyze concepts, definitions, arguments, and problems. I have developed my capacity to organize ideas and issues, to deal with questions of value, and extract what is essential from large quantities of information.
